The estate is a flexible venue to organise your perfect wedding. They can be as involved as you like or you can just hire the venue and bring in your own suppliers. Located on the edge of Derwentwater and with magnificent grounds, the opportunities for photos and video are endless.

Three Hills Barn Wedding Venue

Three Hills Barn offers all the rustic charm you would hope for with a 19th-century barn. Situated on a working dairy farm, the venue has grazing herds in the surrounding paddocks, and there are 2 very cute pygmy goats.

The venue can host up to 150 people and you have the option of using its caterers or bringing in your own. There’s also no corkage fee if you want to bring in your own favourite table wine. Guests can camp on-site and there are 5 cute shepherd huts for the couple and any family or friends.

Broadoaks Boutique Country House Wedding Venue

Broadoaks Boutique House is a boutique hotel that caters to large weddings in the gazebo or intimate family affairs. The venue can serve a wedding breakfast for up to 100 people and an evening buffet for up to 130 guests. As for the rooms, Broadoaks can offer 16 rooms for your guests to stay after the wedding.

If the weather is fair, you can hold your ceremony outdoors on the lawn with lovely views of the valley and across to Lake Windermere in the distance.
