I’ve had the pleasure of filming several times at Wotton House and it’s one of my favourite wedding venues in Surrey.

Wotton House is a beautiful manor house, and first records have it dating back to 1086, so it is steeped in history! Its grand facade, Roman-style temples, and serene countryside setting create a magical ambiance. Drone footage of Wotton House captures the 13-acre estate beautifully.
Preparations at Wotton House
The main bridal preparation room has large windows offering views of the grounds and Italian Gardens. There’s also lots of lovely natural light, perfect for make-up artists, photos and film.
There are a couple of difference spaces for partners to get ready in, and there’s always the bar to enjoy a pre-wedding drink.
Wotton House Wedding Ceremony
The Old Library at Wotton House is a stunning wedding space with high ceilings, intricate stone arches, and warm lighting. Its timeless charm creates a romantic and unforgettable setting for ceremonies. For an outdoor ceremony, couples can choose to marry in the Venetian Gardens.

Straight after the ceremony, couple’s can have a private moment to themselves while guests line up outside on the terrace waiting to shower them with confetti.

Wotton House gardens is a wonderful location to enjoy a glass of Champagne while catching up with family and friends, old and new.

No matter the season, the gardens at Wotton House are immaculately maintained and provide wonderful backdrops for photos and film. It’s always nice for couples to take a stroll for 10 minutes to spend some alone time with each other and capture some beautiful shots around the grounds.
