As a Surrey wedding videographer, I take a relaxed and discreet approach when filming to create a natural highlights film, perfect for sharing with friends and family.

 

I’ll capture those treasured moments throughout the day – the ones that you’ll see, and the ones that you might miss. With discreet microphones, I’ll record the promises you make to one another during the ceremony or that priceless joke told by the best man during his speech.

My goal on the day is to be as unobtrusive as possible to capture those beautiful candid moments. Many of my couples have said that half the time, they didn’t even know that I was there filming! I usually join you from your morning preparations to capture those lovely moments shared with your family and friends and will film until a few songs after you hit the dance floor for the first time together.

 

As an experienced drone operator, I also include drone footage within my wedding film package. Weather and location permitting, this can be used to capture an aerial view of your venue, or a shot of you walking hand in hand among the beautiful grounds.

Surrey Wedding Film

I would describe my style as a combination of documentary and cinematic – edited to follow the natural flow of your wedding day, while incorporating cinematic techniques. You’ll receive a 4-5 minute highlights film and separate full recordings of your ceremony and speeches. If you’re after a longer form video, I also offer a Feature Film that incorporates your full ceremony, speeches, and first dance, plus additional footage from the day.

A little hello from Catherine

Getting to film a couple’s most special day is an absolute privilege and I love creating a beautiful wedding film that can cherished for years to come.

 

I’m very friendly and laid-back, yet professional, and I like to get to know the couples I’m shooting with an informal conversation, so that I can understand what’s truly important to them.

 

When I’m not behind the camera or in my editing suite, you’ll find me walking in the North Downs, stand-up paddle boarding, or jetting off somewhere on an adventure.
